I placed my order two days in advance for delivery to my sister in honor of her 89th birthday. The flowers were delivered at close to 7pm on her birthday. The sound of the broken vase in the box was enough to have the driver take the box - unopened due to worry of injury from broken shards - and give receipt for returned package. To date I have not had any notification of an apology or a credit for $100 + flowers. Very upsetting
