Fantastic customer service and excellent products. Highly recommended if you'd like a real caring company rather than a chain who thinks of you as a number on an order. There was a slight issue with my order, I was given a personal phone call to explain and ask my preferred resolution, followed by another call to say the issue had been solved without any change to my original order. Compare this to a chain store who just cancelled my order and sent an email rather than offering solutions.
