“I've placed four orders of the biltong strips and each time they've been thinner and smaller all round. The first order filled two containers and this time I barely filled one. Some of them are almost paper thin and really have no business being called biltong. . I'm so disappointed as they aren't cheap and my dog loved gnawing on them but this time they'll be gone in an instant. Needless to say I won't be ordering again.”

“the ears are a good size for my large dogs who absolutely love them...they remind me every morning if I've forgotten to given them their rabbit ears. Delivery was excellent and I would reccomentd Proper Natural to any of my freinds.”

“When the product was out of stock someone called me to let me know and asked if I wanted a refund or alternative! I was told it should be available in a few days and I wasn’t in a rush and it came soon after! It was nice to actually have the personal touch of speaking to a person rather than Ai or automated service. Great touch thank you!”
