Unbelievable customer service and thank you Jack for the message. Our XL bully was the happiest Bully when our parcel arrived on time. The smell of the products thou is an acquired taste but proves the freshness. Although The Kong ball was a disappointment as our 80kg Bobbie stripped and swallowed most of it in 7 minutes and now squeaks when he walks. But overall you cannot go wrong with Proper Natural.
