Welcome can be improved with customization
Customers are treated on "an assembly line " !!
It's too fast
It would be interesting to show customers their cars.
Personalized visit. (inside and outside the car)
In the end everybody leaves the site like a burglar
Debrief would be necessary etc...
I would not recommend Puresport
