The whole process was horrible. First of all, they fixed the worst possible date for people that don´t live nearby (Monday at 07:00 a.m.). Unfortunately, I turned sick on Sunday and called them on Monday at 06:00 a.m. to inform them that I will not be able to come. They told me that this is my fault and that there is no possibility for an alternate date. The money that was already invested was lost. I paid a lot of money and didn´t even get a chance to drive a car, which was very disappointing. Strong recommendation to search for other companies and not book via "Puresport".
