Was looking for some name badge holders and the ones I was looking at online were out of stock-rang them and talked to a very nice gentleman (can't remember his name-possibly Gary?) extremely helpful and directed me to some slightly bigger holders (which, as it turns out, was the exact size I needed!). I ordered them at 10.41am yesterday and they arrived on my desk at 9.40am this morning. Couldn't believe it. Very fast, efficient, and helpful-will certainly be back. Thank you!
