“Took a week to get order. Very slow at times.”

“Rating: Average. I got what I needed. Wasn't delivered very quickly. But what's annoying is, they keep harassing you with please leave a review emails even before your order has arrived. Then they haven't stopped for 2 week. I'm leaving this review so somebody might take notice and change they way you operate this aggressive email marketing strategy. This was email no 5. asking for a review, in 2 weeks.. This on top of order confirmation emails and delivery emails. Ridiculously sad and needy. Grow up. Leave people alone. Just be happy they're using your service at all. Bye.”

We were hoping for 5 stars, maybe next time we can achieve this :) Your order was placed during the Christmas closing hours, Monday 6th as soon as we were back in the office and courier services resumed this was processed by us and delivered to you on the 7th at 9.45a.m so a very prompt delivery service I think you will agree.
