“Poor service! Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone! I placed an order a week ago and the website showed the items in stock!. Then, 5 days later I got an email saying I will get my parcel in a month (15/04/24 approximately) as If they didn’t have it in stock. (Evidence attached). If I would’ve known the lead time it was A WHOLE MONTH I wouldn’t have ordered here!”

Hi Alexis, Very sorry you were not happy with the service. I can see you ended up receiving this parcel on the 19th March. This item was shipped from a warehouse with a 3-5 working day lead time but yes it ended up ebing delayed by one day, sincerest apologies fir this. The email you received looks like an error with our system and we will look into this as it will no doubt have caused confusion or frustration.
