I am extremely disappointed with the service received from Purple Panda regarding my order . The timeline speaks for itself: 14 December 2025 — I placed my order . No tracking details were provided, and delivery never arrived 21 December 2025 — Purple Panda created a helpdesk ticket promising a response by 22 December 2025 at 12:00 PM, but no meaningful update followed. 22 December 2025 — A very generic reply from customer service (“I will look into this for you now”), yet again with no real information. 5 January 2026 — After hearing nothing over Christmas, I followed up again but received no proper response. 12 January 2026 — Another apology from Purple Panda (“I am very sorry for the delay”), but still no resolution or shipment details. At this point, nearly a month had passed with no progress. Despite repeated follow‑ups on my part, Purple Panda failed to provide tracking information, confirm dispatch, or offer any meaningful support. The lack of communication and the repeated non‑answers make this one of the poorest customer service experiences I have had. I cannot recommend Purple Panda based on this experience.

Our delivery for coffee capsules took place before Christmas and one of their Sales Representatives adviced us on what type of capsules to buy, as the type that we always order was not available anymore. Turns out that what we were advised to buy does not match our coffe machine and now we have over 400 euro worth of coffee capsules that we cannot use.

I ordered a set of black ink gel pens in early January and was told that the courier attempted to deliver. There was no notification that they intended to deliver and no notification that they were unable to deliver. I contacted Purple Panda twice in the last 30 hours and received no response. I have asked them for a refund.
