“Wednesday afternoons our office is closed. Your delivery came on a Wed pm when we had builders in and front door was open. He didn't ring bell. I only knew parcel was there when I received email notification saying parcel delivered. I went out and parcel had been left in the hall with heavy boxes of paper. This was my 1st order from Purple Panda. My previous supplier would announce he was here and would bring the delivery to the storage area. It's too heavy for me to carry. This time I had to unwrap it in the hall, and do numerous trips to store the paper reams at the back. Not great experience re delivery. Very good though on the speed in which my order was sent out.”

Hi there, Very sorry to here you weren't happy with how the goods were delivered. Without anyone on site to say where to leave these goods the driver will leave them at first access point. Our deliveries do happen very quickly so yes next day from ordering is usually when to expect the goods. Hopefully with your next delivery you will be able to show where goods to be left on arrival and we are very happy to help with any queries that may arise via phone, email or our livechat. “on my last order i ordered 2 rolls of bubble wrap but i received i pack of kitchen towel i raised the issue on the web form but have had no response form Purple Panda”

Hi David, I know the team were in touch with you on this issue and I believe the goods received in error were not from Purple Panda at all. The bubble wrap as mentioned has a longer lead time and will deliver separately as per the details on the website. Kind Regards, Rachel.
