“Items have not arrived. Needed for school graduation, waiting weeks, was expecting the delivery within 3 days to co Kildare. Was 290 euros for 8 bollards. Very disappointed. Hope they arrive before the graduation or it was wasted money. I don't know why they would sell items if they don't have them in stocks. When I called, they were supposed to call back with an answer and forgot. I had to chase them up. They were polite and pleasant on the phone, no problems there. It's the timing and delay that is the issue as my delivery is time sensitive”

Hi Eilish, Thank you for the feedback. I know the items you ordered had a 10-15 working day lead time but I understand this may have been missed when you ordered online. I believe the Customer service team have resolved your query now, if ever you need any advice on lead times for delivery they are shown on our website, 99% of our items are available for next day delivery but in a few cases goods take longer but this will be marked on the individual items.
