Hi Bridgette, Thank you for getting in touch, I know the customer service team have been in touch and the issue was that you had put the wrong Eircode on your order which caused the delay. Any delays on orders just pop onto us via livechat or phone and we will sort very promptly as we know mistakes can happen :) The team have updated the address details to the correct ones and this has been sent to the courier. “One week after ordering I get an email asking me to review my Purple Panda order. Well since my order confirmation email this is the first correspondence I’ve got. No delivery confirmation and no product received. So 1 star for you. Hopefully I get the product I ordered but who knows.”
