“Items have not arrived. Needed for school graduation, waiting weeks, was expecting the delivery within 3 days to co Kildare. Was 290 euros for 8 bollards. Very disappointed. Hope they arrive before the graduation or it was wasted money. I don't know why they would sell items if they don't have them in stocks. When I called, they were supposed to call back with an answer and forgot. I had to chase them up. They were polite and pleasant on the phone, no problems there. It's the timing and delay that is the issue as my delivery is time sensitive”

Hi Eilish, Thank you for the feedback. I know the items you ordered had a 10-15 working day lead time but I understand this may have been missed when you ordered online. I believe the Customer service team have resolved your query now, if ever you need any advice on lead times for delivery they are shown on our website, 99% of our items are available for next day delivery but in a few cases goods take longer but this will be marked on the individual items. “Although only 1 item came and i'm still awaiting for the other and wasn'y aware when i ordered that it was out of stock and or delayed. I did email twice but no one has still replied to me. Normally we wouldn't have an issue and service is pretty good. Thank you”

“As a small charity with limited resources, having a reliable network of suppliers is vital for us. Thankfully, we have established strong connections, except when it comes to our office and stationery supplier. Unfortunately, we’ve had to change our supplier multiple times in recent years for various reasons, which has proven to be quite time-consuming for a small organisation like FirstLight. Fortunately, thanks to our representative body, the Wheel, we discovered Purple Panda in recent weeks. So far, our experience has far exceeded our expectations, and we believe we may have finally found an office and stationery supplier that will round out our trusted supplier network.”

“I placed an order with them and was given an approximate delivery date. That date passed and more than a week later I wrote to complain only to be told that what I had ordered was still on BACK ORDER! They didn't even have it in stock when they took my money! Not only that but at that stage they had no idea when OR IF the item would come back into stock. Joke of a Company, their only redeeming quality is Rachel on Customer Service, the poor girl has to sit and make excuses for their ineptitude while still being very nice and polite. Zero stars for Purple Panda, 5 stars for Rachel. . . . .”
