“Our delivery for coffee capsules took place before Christmas and one of their Sales Representatives adviced us on what type of capsules to buy, as the type that we always order was not available anymore. Turns out that what we were advised to buy does not match our coffe machine and now we have over 400 euro worth of coffee capsules that we cannot use.”

“I ordered a set of black ink gel pens in early January and was told that the courier attempted to deliver. There was no notification that they intended to deliver and no notification that they were unable to deliver. I contacted Purple Panda twice in the last 30 hours and received no response. I have asked them for a refund.”
