“My order hasn't arrived a week after ordering it I contacted customer service on 5/6/26 and the girl said she'd check it out and give me a call back, I'm still waiting on the call back”

Any delays on orders just pop onto us via livechat or phone and we will sort very promptly as we know mistakes can happen :) The team have updated the address details to the correct ones and this has been sent to the courier.
