“SKU: TCT0002. Simple instructions were left with the order to leave the parcel in a building across the road from the house, and yet the driver hasn't followed them. I even left a contact number for the driver to call if they found following the simple instructions too difficult.”

Thank you for the feedback. Unfortunately the couriers we use won't leave parcels outside in most instances for security reasons. Most couriers also won't have access or time to call customers on arrival due to the sheer volume or deliveries being made, we would assume someone to be available to take in the delivery at the address put on the order. The courier will always go back and reattempt delivery if nobody is available. I'm sorry you were not satisfied with delivery on this instance. Hi Baiba, Apologies you were not satisfied with the quality of the Bewley's coffee supplied by us. We do not brew Bewley's coffee we are merely a supplier of these goods. We hope the parts we had control over, ease of ordering and delivery speed were up to standard.
