“I use purple panda regularly. I always give 5 stars... Not this time. I did not get next day delivery. My products were not boxed. I did not get notice of the time of delivery. They were thrown over the gate into a drenched ditch and not into the blue bin as directed. But for the fact that I happened to be going out at lunchtime 4 packs of coffee (nearly 200 pods) would have been ruined. I understand that last part is the delivery company issue but why was the coffee not packed in the large brown box as usual? Please find out what happened - I'd really appreciate it. Thank u”

We are always striving to improve our service and we will liaise with our delivery partners on this issue to ensure it does not happen again. We will check at warehouse level why this packaging was not up to the usual standard also. Hi Mary, Very sorry we did not achieve our usually 1-2 day delivery times, I can see this order took 4 working days. I hope you can allow us another opportunity on your next order to get this better as majority of our orders will be delivered next day. Kindest Regards, Rachel.
