I use purple panda regularly. I always give 5 stars... Not this time. I did not get next day delivery. My products were not boxed. I did not get notice of the time of delivery. They were thrown over the gate into a drenched ditch and not into the blue bin as directed. But for the fact that I happened to be going out at lunchtime 4 packs of coffee (nearly 200 pods) would have been ruined. I understand that last part is the delivery company issue but why was the coffee not packed in the large brown box as usual? Please find out what happened - I'd really appreciate it. Thank u
