I ordered a set of black ink gel pens in early January and was told that the courier attempted to deliver. There was no notification that they intended to deliver and no notification that they were unable to deliver. I contacted Purple Panda twice in the last 30 hours and received no response. I have asked them for a refund.

Sadly I ordered a device on the 23rd of December, got the tracking but itwas never handed to the courrier. We are now the 30th of december. Since it was Christmas I thought I would just give a call. Nice automated greeting and then whatever choice you make in the menu you get a vocal message saying you are not allowed to ring this number. A joke. Tried the chat with zero success no agent, chat terminated like this, then sent a query on the contact form zero answer. I could have got the machine by now with another supplier. You want to buy local and this is how it ends. Will never order again, can't even cancel since there is no way to contact them and it was quite a pricey expense.

Hi Oriana, Very sorry you didn't get a response on our phones or livechats, our offices closed for the Christmas break, your order wouldn't have been processed fully until we reopen on the 2nd January as it had missed the pre Christmas cut off.
