Had to go through some trouble chasing down the delivery, as my details were not forwarded to the delivery company. Which resulted in my order sitting in a warehouse until I reached out to PP myself. PP looked into the issue and I received the order the next day. However, it took a lot longer to receive the items than what was expected and some of the items did not arrive on time for the use I had ordered them for. Also, when items arrived, half of them had their packaging damaged as they were sent in large box without packaging material put inside. Allowing the items to move freely and the heavier items did damage to the boxes/packaging of orher items that were in. Items themselves are still ok for me to use, they just look battered and bruised. However, if they were for re-sale purposes, they wouldn't be.
