Everything arrived fairly promptly, undamaged and as described. Only cavil (from an environmental point of view) is that it took three separate deliveries to fulfill the order. Perhaps offer your customers a 'Green Option' whereby they can avail of a 'single delivery' option where time is not an issue and environmental issues would rather be taken into account. Those with a pressing need for supplies can simply leave the box unchecked.
