I placed an order with them and was given an approximate delivery date. That date passed and more than a week later I wrote to complain only to be told that what I had ordered was still on BACK ORDER! They didn't even have it in stock when they took my money! Not only that but at that stage they had no idea when OR IF the item would come back into stock. Joke of a Company, their only redeeming quality is Rachel on Customer Service, the poor girl has to sit and make excuses for their ineptitude while still being very nice and polite. Zero stars for Purple Panda, 5 stars for Rachel. . . . .
