My experience with Quality Diamonds from start to finish can be summed up in one word “exceptional”. I am a complete novice when it comes to knowing about which diamond to pick and what band goes with what. The website is so user friendly, it makes the final design decision an easy one to make. The sales team kept me informed throughout the process as to how my item was getting on in regard to production and timelines. I requested a specific date for delivery and not only did they meet that date, but the item was delivered in such a way nobody would be any the wiser as to what the package contained. On a final note the missus, her friends and family all love the ring and I have to say it looks even better than I thought it would have. I would recommend Quality Diamonds to anybody.
