“Really delighted with both my gorgeous ring and overall expereince with Quality Diamonds. Daniel showed us a range of stones to choose from, took time to explain the different aspects and quality, and advised on factors to consider when putting together a bespoke piece of jewellery. Once we decided to proceed, Amber was amazing and kept us informed of the process. It was really helpful having a resin sample to try before the ring was made as I had overcalculated the size. The finished ring has exceeded my expectations. It is beautifully made, and feels solid in terms of quality. This was my first experience of a bespoke jewellery item, it won't be my last. I would definitely go back to Quality Diamonds. Thank you team.”

“My partner and I bought my engagement ring from Quality Diamonds and it was a great experience from start to finish! We got to design the ring together, choosing the diamond, the band and the fine details and two weeks later we collected the ring! Daniel gave us a little masterclass in diamonds and taught us about all the things to consider which was very interesting! The amazing quality of the ring that we were able to get from Quality Diamonds and for the price we paid, I would recommend to anyone to go to Quality Diamonds over high street brands! Amazing!”

“A highly professional operation run by serious people. The product was advertised clearly and correctly and it arrived exactly on the precise day I selected on their website (which almost never happens in my experience) and an employee personally verified my address and my availability on the day on the delivery before authorizing the shipment. Packaging was well done and discreet.”
