“I could not be happier with the whole service and quality of the ring I purchased. It was such a simple process from picking the diamond and ring style I wanted to collecting it from the offices when it was ready. Prior to submitting my order I rand and spoke to a gentleman who answered my questions with regards to selecting the right diamond and ring for me. I cannot praise the quality of service enough and will definitely be purchasing from Quality Diamonds again.”

“Daniel was very helpful from the start. I’ve went around multiple shops but Daniel wasn’t trying to sell me the next best thing, they respected my budget and made sure I was getting the most out of it as well as making sure the ring was the one. Would strongly recommend if anyone doesn't know where to start like myself.”

“I had a great experience from start to finish and couldn’t recommend Quality Diamonds highly enough. Paul was brilliant at the beginning of the process. He took the time to teach me about diamonds and explain the different options, and his experience was invaluable in helping me choose the right ring. I also really liked that they have access to the full diamond database, so you can select the exact diamond you want rather than choosing from a limited selection. The pricing was also very competitive for the quality of the diamonds and craftsmanship. Everyone I spoke to - Paul, Daniel, Amber and Lauren - was incredibly helpful and professional. They were always happy to answer questions and made the whole process feel relaxed, with absolutely no pressure to buy or rush a decision. The finished ring looks gorgeous and my partner absolutely loves it. The ring was delivered exactly when promised, which I really appreciated when planning the proposal. A stellar service all round and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring.”

“Superb service, all round. Website very helpful in that it will choose Diamonds based on your criteria (colour, clarity, carat and cut) if you can't choose yourself. This is especially useful if you want 2 matching diamonds for earrings. Everything then delivered exactly on schedule. Highly recommended”
