“Profesional service and communication from beginning to end. I first made the enquiry and had a reply very quickly by email with an opening introduction with helpful hints. Upon making further enquiries I was given a range of options to review. I went back to Lauren with further requirements and a more specific request which was met precisely. More than thrilled with my purchase, the excellent way in which it was handled just enhanced the whole experience”

“We are over the moon with our wedding bands! Paul (I think), at the MK location, was beyond helpful and so lovely! Our rings are gorgeous and I honestly cannot wait until I can wear mine. Everything was to perfection and the quality is exceptional. We would recommend QD (especially at MK) to all.”

“Paul and the team were great. We had an initial conversation/ viewing of rings back in December. Paul was super accommodating with a no rush/pressure take on things, allowing my fiancée and I to go away and discuss and for me to come back closer to when our engagement was. The ring was incredible the team did an amazing job designing what I had in my head and I was kept updated throughout the process, my fiancée is over the moon with the ring itself. We will certainly be back to purchase our wedding bands. Thanks Paul!”

“That was my first experience with Quality Diamonds and I did thorough research before making a decision where to buy. I finally opted to this service and I am happy I did. Their website have wide range of diamonds so you can choose whatever you like and get that installed into your jewellery, this customisation is great. Also, all diamonds have very good description/certificates so you understand what you buy. All services provided by the whole team of Quality Diamonds were excellent, communication was great, I was provided with all details about my order, I was kept posted about progress, I got my order delivered even much faster than it was expected, and of course my wife likes her new diamond necklace - so do I! Thank you for your work, I recommend you to my friends!”

“I'm thrilled with my bespoke diamond ring. From start to finish the whole process was handled with patience and professionalism. Amber was always quick to respond to my queries and was a pleasure to deal with. The quality of work is excellent, and my every request was dealt with without any issues. Highly recommend this company. To buy a loose diamond, choose a setting, whether it's from the vast range on their website or to have your own personal design, is by far the most cost effective and satisfying ways of buying a special piece. “I could not be happier with the whole service and quality of the ring I purchased. It was such a simple process from picking the diamond and ring style I wanted to collecting it from the offices when it was ready. Prior to submitting my order I rand and spoke to a gentleman who answered my questions with regards to selecting the right diamond and ring for me.
