“My husband and I had been very guarded and mistrusting after disappointing experiences in local jewellery shops. We were overwhelmed at our lack of diamond knowledge and felt that we were being fed sales patter rather than guided by experts who knew their products or who had our best interests at the heart of a potential sale. They made us feel our budget wasn’t going to be enough. We therefore had thought designing my own high quality solitaire diamond ring would be out of our budget and capabilities. Until we accidentally chanced upon Paul’s office in MK. From the very minute we met Paul we trusted him. He looked at the ring I was wearing and instantly gently advised it was the wrong size, when the week before it had been wrongly sized by the jewellery from which it was bought. It wasn’t a criticism, merely a very much welcomed observation. Very open and honest, there was no pushy sales flannel from Paul at any point and he was an absolute expert at making us feel that not only would we receive the highest quality product at the end but that our purchase was of absolute importance, regardless of budget. We could have extended this budget but there was absolutely no pressure from him to do so. Everything was on our terms. We returned to our fixed appointment where he gave us a mini lesson on diamonds and their associated terms and codes so we could make informed choices in the design process. I felt that in jewellery shops there was a ‘like our products or lump it’ attitude. But the most exciting part of the appointment was my choosing the actual natural diamond for my design from a selection laid before me. He guided our decisions, offered improvements and I now have an exquisite oval solitaire rock sparkling on a platinum band with the width and setting of my own choosing. He even fixed the recently purchased eternity band that the jewellery shop had wrongly sized so that it sat perfectly under the new solitaire. I obviously wish I had found him before I bought this band and bought both together. Once we learned to relax and trust Paul’s process and expert knowledge we realised that Paul was very cleverly making the experience as personal and special as receiving the ring itself. From initial consultations, to material selection, to style and the big reveal on collection day, with the box under the light ready to open. All so calm and in no way rushed. He made us feel he had all the time in the world. We now won’t return to a jewellery shop in CMK. We don’t need to when we can have an affordable personalised piece of high quality jewellery. And made to feel like our custom is valued. Needless to say my husband and I will be returning. We will be replacing our wedding bands as we know they’ll be of high quality, with advice on shape and width, expertly fitted at the end. And I have a feeling even that won’t be the last visit… In our opinion, you should feel very fortunate to have found Quality Diamonds - but especially privileged if you’ve booked an appointment with Paul.”

“Don't look anywhere else - We cannot recommend Quality Diamonds and especially Paul at their Milton Keynes branch enough. Paul made the process of purchasing an Engagement Ring so simple but yet so personal, and his vast knowledge and guidance was extremely valuable to us. The quality was exceptional, the service was professional, and the whole process felt so smooth and stress-free. We have had 3 appointments so far with Paul and at no point were we under pressure to make any purchase – yet Paul would still be happy to offer his guidance and answer any queries we had, even the silly questions! Paul also spent time to give an in-depth explanation between the differences in the types of diamonds and ring settings without being rushed. Paul was very happy to show us as many different options as we wanted before making a final decision – especially as we kept changing our minds. There was no hard-sell and Paul would still be in contact after each appointment with prompt responses via email until we were 100% happy. Paul knows he is well-placed within the Industry and cuts out the middle man vs. going to a High Street Jewellery Shop where you will spend so much more money for an identical jewellery piece! After visiting Paul at Quality Diamonds, I am surprised why people still use a High Street Jewellery Shop!! The Engagement Ring I finally bought is absolutely stunning and we couldn't be more pleased with the final result and ring chosen! We were only expecting to get a 1.5ct Diamond for the budget, but managed to somehow come away with double the expected carat – even so, my fiancé was questioning whether the Diamond looked “too big” on her hand, not too small!! We have now booked a 4th appointment with Paul to view an array of Wedding Rings before we make a decision ahead of our Wedding. We would have no hesitation in using Paul again and again for future Jewellery purchases, as well as recommending Quality Diamonds to our Family and Friends looking for high-quality jewellery and outstanding customer service at a reasonable price. Thank you so much to you personally Paul for exceeding our expectations, and being part of our road to marriage.”

“Paul and the team were great. We had an initial conversation/ viewing of rings back in December. Paul was super accommodating with a no rush/pressure take on things, allowing my fiancée and I to go away and discuss and for me to come back closer to when our engagement was.
