“Very smooth experience. Paid the whole amount upfront and didn't face the slightest issue. The diamond ring arrived exactly at the time specified, with all the relevant paperwork and was exactly what i ordered. Great communication, even asked for a specific preferred delivery date. “Perfect service from start to finish for an engagement diamond ring, and very competitively priced lab-grown diamonds. The website is really user friendly and allows to select the right diamond. The customer service is amazing, very quickly at providing all the information and effective communication too; they even expedited my order even if not in a hurry. Super happy with the ring, it's a stunner. Definitively recommended!”

“Mesmerising, radiating elegance and timeless beauty. I could not be happier with my strikingly beautiful diamond jewellery from Quality Diamonds. As this is my 4th purchase I knew what to expect, I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Choosing such an important piece online can be daunting, but Lauren went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. It was like getting advice from a caring friend, answering all my questions promptly, online, by email, and on the phone detailing information and reassuring me with their after sales policy. The diamond is absolutely stunning, with brilliant sparkle and fire that catches the light. Its clarity and precision create a beautiful shimmer. I haven’t worn it yet but bring it out daily to try on and simply gaze at it.”

“I ordered a diamond engagement ring (without consulting the intended fiancee....). I was given excellent advice over the phone regarding sizing and styles etc. The website was very comprehensive with lots of different syles of rings and diamond choices. I particularly liked being able to choose a particular diamond (the website information about diamond grades was very useful) and matching it to a ring. My fiancee loves the ring and it fitted perfectly. The fact that the price was around half of the high street price was an added bonus! All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and I can honestly recommend the company.”

“Sadly QD didn't get anywhere near to my expectations. Having spent 12.5k, they first didn't have a good choice of settings, and I had no choice but to go 'bespoke' for a basic band. They made a very poor, thin and flimsy band after I repetitively stated I didn't want thin, that is absolutely ridiculous holding my 1.3 carat diamond. They scrimp on gold having quoted me a 'minimum of £1,200' for a simple circle with 4 simple claws using just over 3g of metal (i queried the small weight) and saying the price will possibly increase at the end, on their quote. Ruined my engagement and wouldn't let me change it without my poor partner knowing how upset I was. I wished to keep it from him as he would be crestfallen had he known how dissatisfied I was with the band given my insistance throught not wanted a thin band, and even more so if he knew how one member of staff who was absolutely lovely at their Birmingham office, quickly changed when a problem arose. They ruined my engagement and I have the most silliest of rings. I had a director subsequently reach out having submitted a review elsewhere, after I stated the ring was too small and is painful and digging in,and he stated it was probably the CAD program!”
