“Having decided to use Quality Diamonds I received such amazing support from the selection of the diamond to ring and delivery. I had great advice to swap my orginal diamond to a finer diamond that was suggested to me to switch to which I am so pleased I did this based on advice. I was then unsure of the ring style and once again received great advice and accepted this. I received a resin mock up of the ring as advised to make the final decision. I was advised that diamond due to its size of the diamond on the ring could be too high off the finger which it was. Due to this I was allowed to swap it to another ring that I had chosen which I was very pleased with. Finally after delivery the ring size was half a size too big and allowed a free of charge adjustment to correct this which I did and this took a few days. From start to finish the service and communication was excellent. This was even more supportive as at the time of finally selecting I was admitted to hospital with a bleed on the brain. The whole team at Quality Diamonds were so understanding during this period and cannot thank them enough. In summary, I recommend Quality Diamonds very highly. I will be purchasing when ready my wedding rings as they have been amazing, faultless which is rare at this level in customer service and so thankful, pleased I made the decision to purchase from them. My fiancée is so pleased with her engagement ring.”

“Ordered my stone on the 31st Oct, Paul contacted me straight away, the stone came from India, and they assured me it would be in the UK within the month. The stone turned up in 14 days and the ring was complete and in my hand by the 20th. After using this company, I would never use another Diamond company or jeweller. Absolutely excellent, I can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to Paul and Amber for a brilliant product.”

“Received my 3.05ct Radiant Diamond (L.G. loose diamond) It truly is awsome! Super sparkly, not too big & not too small. I am over the moon with it. The contact & service were 1st class. For those interested, I was hesitant to do this online initially therefore checked out many reviews. Having read 100's or more, on differing sites they all came back with superb comments. This really made my mind up & gave me the confidence to proceed with my purchase. I'm truly thrilled I did ☺️. I would highly recommend this company others.”

“Do not go to your high end jewellers to buy your wife to be an engagement ring. I was recommend to Paul by a good friend and I would not buy jewellery without him. You will get a far greater quality diamond for much less of the cost of your high end jeweller. If like me, you like to research and know about diamonds, you will have choice of 100s of thousands of diamonds where you get to understand everything there is to know about diamonds. Above all Paul, is a great guy and a real people person. No pressure at all from his side and I love this.”

“Beyond excellent. After doing some research online I decided to go to Quality Diamonds with my best friend to buy a new diamond ear stud. From the moment we met Daniel we knew we can come to the right place. Daniel took great care in explaining the different types of diamond along with the 4 Cs. We then went through the available stock he had there and picked the most perfect diamond for me. Was a really fantastic experience and I now have a very bright and sparkling diamond ear stud which I couldn’t be happier with - I can’t wait to go back for another diamond - I’d go no where else!”
