“Quality diamond has been brilliant! Me and partner went all the way to Milton Keynes and it was our first time there. Never thought we will have such a good experience. Paul is so patient and is very good in explaining details. He is very understanding and spends his time with us in choosing our perfect ring. We can’t word any further for our experience with Paul. “We agree a timeline that the team kept too, they actually delivered a few days earlier which was a massive relief after last minute tube strikes meant I wouldn’t be able to collect ahead of our holiday! We will be back for our wedding rings and any other jewellery we ever need :)”

“Staff are so helpful, very honest and impartial, willing to explain the trade and quality of diamonds and help you make an informed decision. They will also make alterations at your request so if u can’t see what u want online, speak to them, I had the thickness of my ring customised. Deffo recommend these guys but even better, call or email and have a chat with them before you order for a fully tailored experience.”

“Initially, I was somewhat apprehensive about spending so much money online without being physically able to see what I was buying in advance. I wanted to buy my wife a diamond solitaire ring to celebrate a special Wedding Anniversary and researched my purchase carefully before deciding on Quality Diamonds. The sales director who helped me with the purchase, Paul Sitton was excellent, he was friendly, helpful and well-informed and talked me through the whole process. He helped me choose the perfect Diamond, a flawless, emerald cut, D colour Diamond in the Jiya Sapphire setting. I received the ring on the exact date I was supposed to and it is beautiful. The G.I.A certificate and insurance valuation that accompanied the purchase gives you some confidence as to the quality of the ring. Excellent company and staff, buy with confidence.”

“Well, I have used Quality Diamonds 3 times now. Amazing! I don't understand how the jewellery stores are still running! Whoever I've dealt with have been very helpful, not pushy, informative and I love my purchases. Certified and nicely presented. I will never purchase anything from a high street jewellers again, nor will anyone I know!”
