It was a pleasure working with Paul and the team at Quality Diamonds to design and manufacture a diamond engagement ring for my surprise proposal. Paul was always very welcoming, friendly and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. I felt that he genuinely just wanted to help me get the perfect ring for my proposal. As mentioned, this was a surprise proposal, meaning that my meetings and interactions with Paul had to be discrete. It also meant that we had to infer things like ring size and certain preferences. However, none of this was a problem for Paul. He accommodated my secretive planning and used his extensive experience to fill in any gaps in my knowledge. The final product arrived on time, and was breath taking. It was exactly what I had hoped for, and the quality was excellent. My fiancee absolutely loves it, and has said that she wouldn't change a single thing about it.
