“Hi there,I was veryhappy with the diamond and packaging and paperwork and lovely box it came in,the only thing I wasn't happy with was delivery time,I ordered on 10th August and was told would be delivered 23rd,but had to call and email on 25th and got it on 27th,4 days late but also I had to call as I got no email or correspondence since I ordered it on 10th August, yours sincerely j,macmillan”

“Ordered wedding bands for me and my partner. Fitting process was easy, had a couple of issues when returning to pick up rings (sizing) but these were rectified quickly and rings posted out.”

“The best prices I've found online, and quick online ordering system. I had to prompt to get a delivery update and think that a more regular communication to let me know everything was being handled on time on this would have been helpful, however the returns process was very quick and efficient (the ring was incorrect due to my wrong choice of width, not the quality of the jewellery which is very good!) and I'll be re-ordering the correct ring from you shortly once my refund has been processed. Thank you,”

“For my wife's birthday we tried all the usual high street jewellers to get some diamond earrings, but with no success. I found Quality Diamonds on yell.com and made the appointment. The service was superb and everything was explained clearly. We never felt pressured into buying and the whole experience was much better than the high street. I would use them again and will be recommending to others.”

“Hi,would have given 5 stars with excellent communication, service and customer sevice from Paul, Daniel and Amber and her team. But we wanted a diamond only, selected one and paid, only to find out it was unavailable, we were offered multiple others and selected another it was out, selected number 3 it was out on approval. I found a diamond myself, told Paul and he secured it. It was in the USA so took a while to get to Quality Diamonds, but once there it was checked to be ok and posted the same afternoon, and I received before 9 the following morning, thanks again for your efforts”

“With so many diamonds to choose from and no catalogue to select a setting or chain from the spec wasn't easy to decipher. The style of chain I ended up with wasn't the one I'd understood I'd asked for, but I'm happy that the piece looks great and won't be changing it. I'd definitely use again, as the service and quality are still good.”
