Hi,would have given 5 stars with excellent communication, service and customer sevice from Paul, Daniel and Amber and her team. But we wanted a diamond only, selected one and paid, only to find out it was unavailable, we were offered multiple others and selected another it was out, selected number 3 it was out on approval. I found a diamond myself, told Paul and he secured it. It was in the USA so took a while to get to Quality Diamonds, but once there it was checked to be ok and posted the same afternoon, and I received before 9 the following morning, thanks again for your efforts
