I had to prompt to get a delivery update and think that a more regular communication to let me know everything was being handled on time on this would have been helpful, however the returns process was very quick and efficient (the ring was incorrect due to my wrong choice of width, not the quality of the jewellery which is very good!) and I'll be re-ordering the correct ring from you shortly once my refund has been processed.
