“Not a very professional service. Originally ordered a diamond which was fine but then referred a family friend and they had an absolute nightmare. They was given lots of false information by Paul the sales director. He was rude aggressive and swore at a family member of mine. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, way over priced with Labgrown diamonds as well.”

“Sadly QD didn't get anywhere near to my expectations. Having spent 12.5k, they first didn't have a good choice of settings, and I had no choice but to go 'bespoke' for a basic band. They made a very poor, thin and flimsy band after I repetitively stated I didn't want thin, that is absolutely ridiculous holding my 1.3 carat diamond. They scrimp on gold having quoted me a 'minimum of £1,200' for a simple circle with 4 simple claws using just over 3g of metal (i queried the small weight) and saying the price will possibly increase at the end, on their quote. Ruined my engagement and wouldn't let me change it without my poor partner knowing how upset I was. I wished to keep it from him as he would be crestfallen had he known how dissatisfied I was with the band given my insistance throught not wanted a thin band, and even more so if he knew how one member of staff who was absolutely lovely at their Birmingham office, quickly changed when a problem arose. They ruined my engagement and I have the most silliest of rings. I had a director subsequently reach out having submitted a review elsewhere, after I stated the ring was too small and is painful and digging in,and he stated it was probably the CAD program!”
