“Great quality product (platinum diamond studs), and would buy from again. One star lost due to the the website/ordering process which could be improved: 1. When booking it offers dates for delivery but no limitations (first date loaded was two weeks after the ordering date, but there was nothing that would stop me from having brought that forward to the next day, which would be unfeasible for a custom product, so I left it at two weeks) 2. Email confirmation states you can check on the status of the order by logging in. The order status hadn't changed before I actually received the product, so this feature didn't work. 3. Due to lack of updates via this feature, I contacted the team via email three times, and spoke with Paul twice. First time I was told one of the diamonds I had ordered could not be located. I agreed to switch it out for an equivalent, I was told Paul would email me a comparison between the diamond I had ordered and the replacement - this did not happen. Second time I emailed a few days later, I was phoned by Paul as it transpired the second diamond and replacement was delayed in the post, and I was offered to wait, or I could again replace these diamonds for equivalents - which I did. Third time was to confirm that the product had been despatched as I was waiting in for delivery - it was, and I was given the tracking number. I was not pushed into changing the diamonds, and was told I could wait, and also if when the product came through if I was unhappy they would be willing to switch the diamonds over once they had arrived. Product received is good quality, the fitting looks lovely, and happy with the GIA replacement diamonds - they were of the same weight and same or above quality as ordered on the qualities I was focused on. So, some room for improvement with the website, and with pro-active communication (not sure when they would have contacted me about the issues, if I hadn't contacted them for updates), but I'm happy with the outcome and would buy from again.”

“Quality diamonds were very helpful we had to travel up to London, we sat down with the sales team and were shown many different styles and combinations to help us get exactly what we wanted! They even suggested a few things and we even decided to revamp our engagement ring and had a matching wedding ring made! Both very happy with the end result.”

“I was disappointed to learn that the diamond ordered was no longer available. However a beautiful alternative was sought relatively quickly. Another disappointment was the finished ring was not made to the size ordered. This again was corrected very quickly. Without these problems the review would have scored five stars as I was very pleased with the service received.”

“Great service, however the ring arrived 4 days later than expected. Also the package had a label on it which said "Quality Diamonds", so be aware that you should be careful that your partner isn't the one recieving the package since its not completely anonymous. But all in all a good experience.”

“I guess I didn't really know a lot about diamonds when I started and I did everything in a rush so was glad to find a company that were reliable and who delivered a really good product. I chose QD initially as they had a great website with a nice choice of rings at competitive prices and then went to visit them at Hatton Garden. They gave me good advice without being pushy and I was delighted with the outcome as was my fiancée. I was also really happy with their after sales care.”

“Absolutely perfect ring, can't wait to give to my soon to be fiance!, only issue occured was that the diamond I picked was not available but they gave me another one just as good, maybe slightly better! Would definately recomend to anyone!”
