I was disappointed to learn that the diamond ordered was no longer available. However a beautiful alternative was sought relatively quickly. Another disappointment was the finished ring was not made to the size ordered. This again was corrected very quickly. Without these problems the review would have scored five stars as I was very pleased with the service received.
