“I purchased an engagement ring from the Birmingham office and the service I received from Lauren was great, she was very patient with me on the choosing of a setting and I didn’t feel pushed into making any rash decisions, big shout out to you Lauren for your professionalism.Updates on my order were good with good communication from the team. I collected my order from the Birmingham office on the date and time I specified where once again Lauren was really nice and remembered a few facts about my partner which made it feel very personal. I would recommend giving quality diamonds a try if you’re looking for something special as the service I received was exceptional”

“Quality diamonds were absolutely brilliant and wouldn’t hesitate for a second in recommending them! They’re a small team who made me feel so comfortable and entrusting from the very first meeting. Paul so was knowledgable and guided myself, who is very much an amateur, through selecting the right diamond for me with so much patience and care. Amber was also great helping me tweak my ring design, which was quite unique. Couldn’t be happier with my bespoke ring, my partner loves it and for the price, which I think is more than reasonable looking at other jewellers, it’s great value!”

“I’ve just purchased a ring from quality diamonds. Very pleased. This is my 5th ring purchased. But my first I have ordered online. The process was very easy. I used the sizing from previous purchases, and trust the quality of the certification so picking the stone was very easy too. The only settings suitable for that shape of stone, are available on screen, which also makes the decision easy. They kept me informed of the process. Love my new ring! It was delivered ahead of time too. Can’t recommend QualityDiamonds enough.”

“Hi there,I was veryhappy with the diamond and packaging and paperwork and lovely box it came in,the only thing I wasn't happy with was delivery time,I ordered on 10th August and was told would be delivered 23rd,but had to call and email on 25th and got it on 27th,4 days late but also I had to call as I got no email or correspondence since I ordered it on 10th August, yours sincerely j,macmillan”
