“Faultless service, I purchased an engagement ring through Quality Diamonds and the process was simple and efficient throughout. Being able to pick a diamond from a list with filters and sorting just made it so much easier to find the perfect diamond and they have a broad range of ring fittings so I was easily able to build the perfect ring. Delivery was fast and I got plenty of updates. Really good company and definitely recommended.”

“I purchased an engagement ring from the Birmingham office and the service I received from Lauren was great, she was very patient with me on the choosing of a setting and I didn’t feel pushed into making any rash decisions, big shout out to you Lauren for your professionalism.Updates on my order were good with good communication from the team. I collected my order from the Birmingham office on the date and time I specified where once again Lauren was really nice and remembered a few facts about my partner which made it feel very personal. I would recommend giving quality diamonds a try if you’re looking for something special as the service I received was exceptional”

“Quality diamonds were absolutely brilliant and wouldn’t hesitate for a second in recommending them! They’re a small team who made me feel so comfortable and entrusting from the very first meeting. Paul so was knowledgable and guided myself, who is very much an amateur, through selecting the right diamond for me with so much patience and care. Amber was also great helping me tweak my ring design, which was quite unique. Couldn’t be happier with my bespoke ring, my partner loves it and for the price, which I think is more than reasonable looking at other jewellers, it’s great value!”
