“Another great purchase from quality diamonds This is my third purchase; in the first a new engagement, wedding and maternity ring were manufactured after a theft. I’ve been so happy with them! The team were very patient until we had an engagement ring almost identical to the custom made ring that was stolen. They even sent a resin ring to be sure I was happy with the design. I then purchased matching princess cut diamond earrings. They are gorgeous. Finally, I have just purchased a custom made princess cut pendant. So pleased, again detailed CAD images allowed and tweaks before manufacture. All my diamonds have GIA certificates, having had rings stolen I now know how important that can be. Thanks so much Paul, Daniel and Amber!”

“Hatton Garden can be a bit overwhelming but Paul & Daniel are real gems (pun intended) They are patient, helpful with design/cost and "not-too-salesy" The work they did was on budget , on time and exceptional quality. I am thrilled with the result and also now use them to clean/polish my rings every couple of years.”

As an international buyer visiting London for just three days, I needed to order a piece quickly and had no prior appointment at Hatton Garden. Despite this, a wonderful lady (at Hatton Garden ) made arrangements for me to visit the store the very same day, which I deeply appreciate. The service was impeccable from start to finish. “It was a pleasure working with Paul and the team at Quality Diamonds to design and manufacture a diamond engagement ring for my surprise proposal. I had several face-to-face meetings with Paul in the Milton Keynes showroom where he explained everything to me, shared his knowledge, walked me through the various options, and helped me hone in on the perfect setting and stone. Paul was always very welcoming, friendly and patient. I never felt rushed or pressured into anything. I felt that he genuinely just wanted to help me get the perfect ring for my proposal. As mentioned, this was a surprise proposal, meaning that my meetings and interactions with Paul had to be discrete. It also meant that we had to infer things like ring size and certain preferences. However, none of this was a problem for Paul. He accommodated my secretive planning and used his extensive experience to fill in any gaps in my knowledge. The final product arrived on time, and was breath taking. It was exactly what I had hoped for, and the quality was excellent. My fiancee absolutely loves it, and has said that she wouldn't change a single thing about it. I wholeheartedly recommend Paul and the team to anyone looking for excellent service, quality and delivery. Thank you, Quality Diamonds! I'm sure we'll be back.”
