“Fantastic experience at Quality Diamonds in Hatton Garden. Daniel's knowledge and patience is second to none. A genuinely lovely guy who took a no pressure approach when helping me choose a diamond and setting, and gave me sound advice throughout the whole process. The ring I received has well and truly exceeded my expectations - beautiful is an understatement! I've been so impressed with the quality and service that I placed a second order. “I had my engagement ring redesigned with Quality Diamonds after a bad job from another jeweller and their customer service and product quality is unmatched. I am currently in the process of getting my wedding bands done and honestly, I wouldn’t go anywhere else!”

“Not a very professional service. Originally ordered a diamond which was fine but then referred a family friend and they had an absolute nightmare. They was given lots of false information by Paul the sales director. He was rude aggressive and swore at a family member of mine. Wouldn't recommend this service to anyone, way over priced with Labgrown diamonds as well.”

“Where do I begin? The ring, the diamond. Incredible. It created the perfect moment and the fact that I was able to choose the diamond, to my exact specifications, makes it filled with even more love! All from online, I was supported from my purchase through to delivery by both Paul & Amber. Paul was quick to respond and assisted from my purchase through payment and Amber was on hand for anything from the production to delivery. Thank you both for helping me with the engagement ring and making it so very special.”

“Very smooth experience. Paid the whole amount upfront and didn't face the slightest issue. The diamond ring arrived exactly at the time specified, with all the relevant paperwork and was exactly what i ordered. Great communication, even asked for a specific preferred delivery date. Highly reccomended”

“Perfect service from start to finish for an engagement diamond ring, and very competitively priced lab-grown diamonds. The website is really user friendly and allows to select the right diamond. The customer service is amazing, very quickly at providing all the information and effective communication too; they even expedited my order even if not in a hurry. Choosing such an important piece online can be daunting, but Lauren went above and beyond to make the process seamless and stress-free. It was like getting advice from a caring friend, answering all my questions promptly, online, by email, and on the phone detailing information and reassuring me with their after sales policy. The diamond is absolutely stunning, with brilliant sparkle and fire that catches the light. Its clarity and precision create a beautiful shimmer. I haven’t worn it yet but bring it out daily to try on and simply gaze at it.”
