I went in with a vague brief of what I was looking for but was immediately reassured by the knowledge and suggestions made. I was shown examples and the difference in clarity, cut etc was fully explained which allowed me to make an informed choice. They are easily contactable and making appointments was never a problem. I would highly recommend over high street stores as they can offer more time and a more personal experience.
