From start to finish it was a really good experience. Found what I was looking for on the website but I wanted it pretty quickly because I was proposing within 10 days, so I contacted them via email and got a response immediately. Was assured they would not let me down and I would have the ring in time. And they didn't disappoint. Really good communication and most importantly, my new fiancée loves the ring!
