From first viewing on the website, I had the assistance of friendly, helpful staff in the online chat function, allowing ease of narrowing down options & providing useful feedback. From here, I was afforded the time of a long e-mail exchange telling me the details of diamonds above & beyond what was seen listed on the website. When happy I arranged a diamond viewing of my selected diamonds in the Milton Keynes office, at my convenience, where I had the opportunity to physically compare/examine the diamonds to choose. Then I chose the setting design that I wanted & within 7 days it had been made to my specifications. Since then I have had the pleasure of proposing & as the ring was slightly too big, took advantage of the free ring re-sizing option available. Throughout, all the staff have been great & I would highly recommend to anybody that is in need!
