From start to finish the ordering process was easy. I wanted a specific matching pair of diamonds in a platinum setting. Being able to choose the characteristics online was perfect to get the 4C's balance with the right price point. Linn was very helpful and answered all my questions comprehensively and gave me confidence that my order was in good hands. My order was ready on time (1 week) and the pickup from Hatton Garden was quick and easy. Couldn't recommend highly enough, certainly beats high street for service, quality and price.
