I had emailed a selection of stones to view in advance, but as the stones are sourced from various oversea suppliers, I was shown a similar selection of stones at my meeting. Tobias was generous with his time and explanations and at no point felt pushed or rushed to make a decision. Having chosen the stone and setting, I picked a beautiful engagement ring 2 weeks later. Paul allowed me to view the laser inscribed ID number on the diamond using their 20x magnification lens, matching the GIA certificate of authenticity. This was a nice touch and reassured me of the authenticity of the stone! Brilliant, laid back professional company. I could not recommend them highly enough!
