The QD consultant never tried to upsell us or to exceed the budget and was very helpful and clear about the process. We felt that we were being guided towards the best diamond that we could afford within our stated budget. He managed to remove the anxiety and apprehension that we felt about buying a £3k diamond which was great as we knew very little about what made one stone a much better buy than another. When we looked at rings at a high st Jeweller, it was all about carat size as far as they were concerned!
