QD were recommended by a colleague. I travelled to their Hatton Garden office for a pre booked appointment. The staff were very knowledgable and helpful. The diamond I selected had to be flown into the country but this did not delay the prompt recorded delivery. The packaging and box for the engagement ring looks really professional and is excellent quality. My fiancé and I are over the moon with the ring. I would highly recommend QD.
