I dealt with Ray in the Milton Keynes branch. The quality of service and communication from the first enquiry to the receipt of the ring was fantastic. There is no pressure at any stage for a sale and nothing is too much trouble, including ensuring we got the ring by Christmas despite only confirming the order a matter of days before.
