I was very happy with the whole process. The meeting to view the ring and diamonds was very easy to organise. It was very helpful to compare different diamonds and have their characteristics explained. Once chosen the ring was ready within two weeks as agreed. The finished ring is just as I expected. Hopefully my girlfriend will be as pleased with the ring as I am. I keep looking at it whenever she is out of the house.
