Internet purchases of such a large sum make me nervous but the chat service was very helpful and after some further research I purchased an engagement ring. I received only the standard confirmation of purchase so after a few days contacted Quality Diamonds by email. They responded quickly with an answer to my question and did so again near to delivery. The ring was delivered bang on time in an unmarked and obvious box. The ring was well protected and was complete with all documentation. Very pleased with the service and would recommend. All I have to do now is pop the question!
