From the moment I contacted Paul he was nothing but polite and informative even through my misreading of the website prices. The whole process was effortless with mine and my partners knowledge on diamonds was much to be desired Paul explained things in terms the average person would understand. When it came time to pick up the ring Marianne was lovely and helpful to get everything right. The whole process from start to finish was brilliant and I can’t wait to come back to choose our wedding bands. Very happy ?
