We met with Paul at the Milton Keynes office and he was fantastic, describing the diamond grading process and helping us choose the perfect diamond. After that we picked the setting did the paperwork and the ring was sent by courier in literally days! Just had a perfect weekend in Vienna making the engagement 'official'!!
