I spent some time picking a stone but unfortunately by the time my funds cleared it was no longer available. My first thought (I am something of a cynic!) was that this was some kind of scam, show you a great thing then low and behold not actually available etc. but I needn't have worried. Paul worked tirelessly, even when not actually at work and weekends, to find me another one. In the end got an amazing ring at a great price (probably half or better than shop prices). The whole service is first class and I have no hesitation in recommending them.
