The advisor took time to show us the various diamonds and rings within our price range. There was no pressure at all to purchase. We phoned back a few days later to make the order and we were kept informed as to how our order was progressing. We collected from the Hatton Garden office and the ring was beautifully made in a lovely box. It also came with accompanying documentation and certificates. It was also a very good price, would highly recommend and very pleased with the service.
