From my initial telephone contact with Quality Diamonds, through the diamond selection and design of my setting, I was so glad that i had chosen this company to make my special celebratory ring for my 50th Birthday. My taste is unusual and I have a very good eye for detail, thus when I selected the Internally Flawless Asscher cut diamond for my ring and discovered it was in India, Eric immediately organised for it to be sent to London. On arrival a week or so later, I viewed the diamond, fell in love with it and set to, choosing the perfect setting for this Art Deco style, beautiful stone. Throughout the whole process all the staff, but especially Eric, were helpful, kind and open to my ideas and questions. Eric was intrinsic to the whole service and his knowledge and design appreciation was invaluable. The whole service was professional from beginning to end and the day of collection was very exciting. The ring was perfect, and I was quite speechless at its beauty and that it was exactly as I had hoped. Needless to say, it has not left my finger since! Would I use Quality Diamonds again? Without a second's doubt!
