I have to say from start to finish the experience was amazing. I've wanted an emerald cut diamond solitaire ring for a good few years, but could never bring myself to buy one, especially after trying one on in Goldsmiths recently and then having the sales person follow me round the store with it on a tray, giving me quotes for interest free credit! Not my best experience! From booking my initial meeting, to seeing the diamonds I could choose from, there was no pressure, just great advice and a lot of information about the quality of the diamonds. I adore my new ring, and actually cried when I got in the car, it's beautiful and exactly what I wanted....a long awaited present to myself and it's just perfect, so thank you very much.
