The staff have all been really approachable, helpful, knowledgeable and happy to answer all of my questions, and being a diamond novice I had a few! I also never felt pressurised to spend more than I wanted to or could afford, and was never made to feel inferior because I wasn't re-mortgaging my house for a diamond.
