I wish that I could give Quality Diamonds 6 (or more) stars..Firstly., their customer service is tremendous.. I had a short timeframe for making the ring, but Ray and Paul managed to get the ring to me in time.. They made me feel that my business was really important to them. Secondly, the quality and price of the engagement ring that I purchased was outstanding.. My fiancée was bowled over.. Finally, the valuation was for double the purchase price.. From previous purchases, I know the valuation to be accurate.. If you purchased from a High Street jeweller, your valuation would be for the purchase price, so basically you are paying half of High Street prices. I will definitely return for for our wedding rings.
