I used Quality Diamonds to replace a diamond lost out of my engagement ring. They were helpful, responsive and provided a list of possible replacement diamonds. The actual repair of my ring and delivery of the new diamond were also very speedy. I hopefully won't have to use them again (I'm not planning to lose my diamond again!) but would happily recommend them.
