Everyone else I spoke to was just as helpful and when I eventually received my fiancées bespoke engagement ring I knew it was an excellent product and didn't once hesitate with the money I spent or the length of time to get it right first time. In no way did I feel pressurised by upselling or time restrictions. Office is well equipped and easy to locate and travel to (if you aren't from London area) when I visited before final collection.
