After doing extensive research into diamonds and the best place for myself and my Fiancé to buy my engagement ring, we narrowed it down to Quality Diamonds and a similar company. After looking online at both company's websites, we selected various settings and diamond options and made appointments at both company's Hatton Garden offices. We visited the similar company first and whilst the representative was polite, she did not prepare the settings we had selected online, nor did she provide any detailed information regarding the diamond itself. The whole experience lasted about 10 minutes and we came out feeling quite disappointed. We then met with Eric at Quality Diamonds and our experience could not have been more different! Eric was extremely friendly, informative and patient. He prepared the settings to show us following what we had submitted online. Once I had chosen my setting, he then went through the 4 C's of diamond buying in detail and helped us to understand/confirm what we wanted. We were so satisfied with what he'd shown us that we ordered and paid for the ring there and then! We followed up our order with Quality Diamond's online help, I've spoken three times to Ray, each time he has been extremely helpful and answered my questions quickly and efficiently. Ray advised me that the ring would be with us less than two weeks later. Upon receiving it, I was concerned it was a little too big but Ray assured me that if that was the case, it can be adjusted for quickly and this service would be free. As it turns out, the ring is perfect and I am the happiest girl in the world. Thank you to Ray, Eric and everyone at Quality Diamonds, I cannot recommend their service highly enough and we will definitely be back to buy our weddings rings here!
